I am working all weekend while the people I love do fun things. Annoying ! But Sunday and Monday I plan on relaxing and enjoying the rest of the summer weather before it’s all gone !
Here’s what the week looked like for me :
Sunday was part of Labour Day weekend, so we ended up going to Toronto for a very good friend’s birthday. The party was Mexican themed so we drank margaritas and played some Seinfeld Clue (pretty much the best two things put together). I spent $65 on gas and still have half a tank left, which will last me all month unless I go out of town again. The gift was $35.
Thursday I bought a re-usable water bottle because I needed one for the gym. We also bought a few little household things like paper towels, a mat for our cat dishes, etc.
All in all a pretty great week ! Happy weekend !

I do ! It seems to accidentally happen. If I don’t make a trip out to get something specifically, I end up not spending all day, then work at night so many days end up no-spend. Thanks ! :)
Wow- you really do have a lot of no-spend days! I always seem to have little expenses most every day, which gets really frustrating. I’ve started to take out a $20 each Monday morning, and then use that for the little things that come up during the week.
I guess I just tend to buy in bulk because I get annoyed making little trips all the time. I bet we probably spend the same amount mine is just all clumped together due to my laziness haha. Taking out money is a great idea, then you can see how much is going out easier.
